Where Learning Feels Like An Adventure

Our Studios are dynamic, multi-age environments where learners take ownership of their education, build real-world skills, and grow in character every day.

More Than a Classroom

A Studio is a learner-driven community, not a traditional classroom.

In each Studio:

  • Learners set daily, weekly, and long-term goals.

  • Socratic discussions replace lectures.

  • Real-world projects connect learning to life.

  • Multi-age groups encourage peer mentoring.

Studios are where freedom meets responsibility and curiosity turns into mastery.

  • SPARK

A launchpad for leadership and deeper thinking. Learners engage in complex Socratic discussions, tackle ambitious quests, and expand their vision of what’s possible.

A high-autonomy environment where learners prepare to take a swing at life, building real-world portfolios, launching ventures, engaging in internships, and making meaningful contributions to their community.

A Day in the Life of a Wayfare Learner

Older girl helping younger girl with homework at a table.
  • Builds empathy and leadership.

  • Encourages collaboration over competition.

  • Mirrors the way people learn in real life.

In our multi-age Studios, younger learners are inspired by older role models, and older learners deepen their understanding by mentoring others. This structure:

Where Learn to Learn, Learn to Do, and Learn to Be Come Together

In every Studio, our three pillars are alive:

  • Learn to Learn: Self-directed mastery of knowledge and skills.

  • Learn to Do: Application through meaningful projects and challenges.

  • Learn to Be: Character growth through responsibility, resilience, and service.
